Ecoindex Co.,Ltd. (located in Tokyo, Japan) concluded an Acquisition Agreement between Matrix Energy Services Corp., a Pink Sheets registered company. Through this agreement, Ecoindex obtained 90% of Matrix Energy Services Corp. share, and changed the Matrix Energy Service name to SHI Corp.
